Come check out Tony Sadoway a/k/a Tone Bones’ latest artwork, in a solo show entitled Don’t Bother Sleeping. It’s opening this Friday with a reception at Berkshire Community College’s Intermodal Gallery downtown.

Berkshire Community College’s art gallery at the Intermodal Transportation Center at 1 Columbus Avenue in downtown Pittsfield is featuring an exhibit by Karylee Doubiago now through Jan. 5.

This exhibit encompasses some of my most recent ceramic work. In attempt to bring an urban atmosphere into an indoor space I have created brick walls with stenciled imagery.
Each brick was hand rolled, set, and grouted. The images range from Basquiat, a leading figure in graffiti, to Arab women in response to the war. Among the floor are three figure sculptures. The busts represent our impermanence to the world.
